Property Release Forms are required for any recognizable and uniquely identifiable property, including your own, for your photos which you are selling for commercial use on Z Stock Photo. Usually a property is a building, but it can also be a vehicle, automobile, boat, or any unique item in a private owner's possession. Some national reserves, parks, and landmarks may also require permits to take photos or use photos taken there for commercial purpose.
